thats true - Marquez will bring it - The fight would be more competitive at 138-140 instead of 144, but, Pac doesnt even have to agree to anything lower than 147. Pac's the draw, the #1 fighter in the world, and as such, he dictates the terms - just like Oscar de la hoya did, and Sugar Ray Leonard before him.
Although I think theres very little chance the fight would get done, it does bother me that after the Mosely fight, PAc didn't come out and say " I want Floyd". He did say he wants it for thr fans, and if only for the fans, he should've said it. His best way to make Floyd agree is to make him look like a scared little b****. The reason Floyd treasures his undfeated record so much is bc he wants to be able to claim how great he is, the best ever. He cant do that if the fighter that most consider higher than you in the lb 4 lb rankings is calling you out, and you refuse to fight him

Manny has to stay active, just like how Mayweather needs a tuneup before entering the ring with Manny.

Boxing is a forgiving sport. I bet you once Floyd announces his next fight, everyone will forget his court cases, racist ramblings (they already did), and whatnot. If it's Marquez that Manny's fighting this fall, people will be hyping it up, especially the Mexicans. They'll forget his performance from the Mosley fight like how they forgot the fight with Clottey.

i like that Bradley KFC sign. I could see Bradley turning down the Khan fight, ONLY if he had a PAc offer - he doesn't, and no way Marquez doesn't accept, and no way Golden Boy pays Marquez as much for his next fight. Pac-Marquez III on Nov 12 at 144 lbs. Hopefully Floyd fights Ortiz in September or October, and then they fight each other in Spring '12.
