Floyd Mayweather Jr. threatened to spay, neuter, and barbecue a neighbor's dog for urinating on his vehicle's tire rim while the car was parked too close to the neighbor's driveway entrance according to the neighbor.

The neighbor claimed it was the fourteenth time he attempted to reason with Mayweather about his vehicle being too large to park near the driveway.

Phone calls to Mayweather's home and cell phones for comments were not returned.
