      Lost Wages.

I wonder if he went in the club, or got the f out of there. Presumably the latter.

We all know FLoyd does not carry ID. People better stop asking him for it, or blood will run in the streets.
why didn't they report this back in january?

Floyd's is losing on his own mind games. Won't be surprised if he murders a hobo in the street for begging a few dimes at him.

Floyd needs to start making sure he takes his ID with him.

He's not as famous as he imagines himself to be.

Incident was on Jan 2. This is a civil matter. Probably reported now because the suit was filed recently, or else the paper just found out about it.

In general, states allow up to several years to file a suit after an incident. Depends on the state--usually 1-3 years. The exception being a tort involving a minor. A suit can be brought years later until the former minor is 18 or 21 (depending on the state). E.g., FLoyd's kids could sue him 15 years from now (or so) for what they saw and went through with the event involving their Mom.

He could claim the bouncer is an independent contractor or under the employee of another body. Then the courts should fine him for filing a frivolous law suit.

This is why it is actually good to have criminal connects, if take him to court, hire good lawyers so I win, have him pay my lawyer fees and get fined for filing a frivolous law suit. Then when he can't pay for my lawyer fees have him beaten to a bloody pulp.

Floyd doesn't take crap so when these guys started something he fought back.

The bouncer was probably twice the size of Manny.

And he had a confrontation with group of security guards.

For what? The risk of jail.

But he's scared to fight one man who's smaller for millions of dollars?

Go put your batman costume on and do some filming.

Well the bouncer has a lawyer who filed the suit. And lawyer's usually don't take such cases if they are frivolous. It is probably a contingency case, where most costs are borne by the attorney, so again probably not frivolous.
I presume they have hospital bills and such for the damage part. And all he needed to do then was stay away from work. He's got the bodily harm and lost wages.

Unlike the finger poke, there might be a lot more here? But I wan't there.
