did Povetkin demand Wlad to take additional drug tests after the contracts were signed and several weeks before the fight? In that article you posted it states "the contracts have yet to be signed" so I'm guessing the answer is no.

If Hopkins does win and become the oldest champion ever, there will always be some doubt as to whether he cheated of not.

even if that's all it is, if it's not in the contract bhop shouldn't give in to pascals demands. Hell, if I were hopkins I would absolutely LOVE to have pascal have that doubt in the back of his mind that he may be on roids come fight night. That would be a big mental advantage, imo.

It's quite simple. The same reason Manny Pacquiao doesn't want to. Because it would mean he is bending in negotiations to the other side.

Neither has failed a test. Neither has to do anything. All there is to it. The moment they do something wrong is the moment they should be looked at as criminals. Until then, they aren't on probation and they don't have to pass any extra tests.
