He should take it. But Pascal should have brought it up in negotiations before the contracts wee signed. Its late to bring it up now.

Why won't Hopkins take the PED test? What is he afraid of?

I think this has to be clarified here. The Quebec Commission is not asking Hopkins to give blood or anything like that. They are asking permission to give more extensive testing on the urine samples he would give normally.
Nothing would change on Hopkins side. They are not asking him to change any of his normal routine. They want to do more extensive and deeper testing on the same samples given on their side.

LOL @ Hopkins being an honest man who would never cheat.
The same guy who's been to jail for armed robbery, been involved in stabbings and numerous fights and in every boxing match he has fouls repeatedly with low blows and head butts and also fakes injuries himself.

He's old and slow and looks it in the ring. He just knows how to take it to the other guy and fight a nasty fight.
Why do you believe he'll test positive?
Povetkin asked for PED testing and Klitschko flat out denied him, is Wlad a cheater too?
"Our task - I, as a manager, and Sauerland Event, as the promoter, - is to protect the interests of our boxers. A trans-Atlantic flight, especially with health problems - is a serious matter, if only because of jet lag. Moreover, the contract for the bout has not yet been signed. On the other hand, I am very grateful to Wladimir Klitschko for the fact that at the press conference, he agreed to undergo doping test under the rules of WADA [World Anti Doping Agency]. I never doubted that he was an honest man, and I am glad that he confirmed it."

Probably not, but I am even shocked this is even a topic. I didn't know the commissions even had to require permission for more extensive testing on samples they would normally receive anyway. I thought once they received a sample, they could test as they please.

If Wlad agreed, why can't B-Hop? What is he hiding?
