He fought some of the biggest punchers at 147 and 154. He wilted like every Pac opponent since he moved to lightweight and up. Diaz, De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, and now Mosley all wilted... Just tip your hat and give Pac his just due and stop bad mouthing and trashing true ring warriors and legends because they didn't do well against Pac. Mosley didn't quit on his stool like Oscar, when Pac turned it on the last 3 rounds Mosley took his beating like a man and he took plenty of good shots.
nobody is buying that garbage even *******s know its not true, fighting former FADED GREATS AND CURRENT GREATS IN THEIR PRIME MAKEs ALL THE DIFFERENCE COMPETETION _WISE OTHERWISE MANROID WOULD BE FIGHTING TOP GUYS< HE REFUSES TO FIGHT TOP GUYS< PAC ONLY FIGHTS NO -HOPERS PERIOD.stop saying it was the great mosley, delahoya,,margarito,or cotto , were not blind all those guys were coming off brutal loses and looked shot and faded before manroid fought them, faded names dont count, now hes fighting jmm yet another faded name at 38 years old.pac is a hype job that fights bums, hes a good puncher but showed last night he too is starting to fade his defense sux and hes very suceptible to a boxer, if he and mayweather fight its an easy victory for money.

So this is a good example of how a SLICK African American boxer fare against the champion. It gives a boring fight. Though pretty lopsided, Margarito fight was more exciting.

You can tear down every record if you want too some guy shows how Berto beat Ali in the degree of seperation. The way you tear down Pac and his opponents could be done to anyone. We just don't tear down other fighters and their acheivements just to bust up our fighter like *****s. How many people beat Gatti and Judah and Baldomir, Mosley, and De La Hoya before Floyd?????? As much as I like Shane, he played it safe once he realized he would be Ricky Hattoned if he stood toe to toe with Pacman. But personally I give Hatton more credit because even when he got dropped twice in the first round, he didn't pu55 out, he stayed true to himself and dared to be a great.

On that note, Pacman is great and I don't think anyone below 154 aside from Mayweather or Martinez could touch him.

Donaire would ko Manny if they were the same size though. I stand by that.

Yea that sounds like it was somebody writing a little more out of hype than substance. Pacquiao's best wins were against fighters that Mayweather already beat.

Lets be honest, Manny was not overtrained. Finally, he was in the ring with someone who had more foot speed than him. It only made him appear slower. If Mosley had any heart, and threw leather(instead of throwing the fight), he would have caught Manny with some big shots. Shane never even used his jab much and when he did, it connected. When Shane left Golden Boy to pursue this fight, he knew that it was his last big payday and he also had the understanding that he was not suppose to win. This man had one of the most beautiful women(his girlfriend) at ringside cheering him on. He had his kids watching and dad. But not once did he show any pride or made any real attempt to attack Manny to do damage. That's not the Shane Mosley I know.Something is VERY VERY FISHY about this fight. I saw Shane's legs under him the whole fight. He didn't look shot or tired. He just refused to throw punches.Never have I seen this from this caliber of fighter. And still after that poor excuse of a performance, Manny could not take advantage. It shows what happens when he gets in the ring with someone that's as quick and fast as him. What would Mayweather have done to him? I'll tell you this much,if that fight ever happens, a lot of Manny fans will be surprised and disappointed. If Mayweather hasn't lost anything, he will make Manny look like an amatuer. All he has to do is take a step back, step to his left and jab Manny all night. Manny won't be able to reach him.It will be an easy fight.Similar to the Gotti fight. Manny is starting to look a little overhyped and just matched with the right opponents.A real life Rocky Balboa. To sum it up. Manny fights great...BUT FLOYD MAYWEATHER IS A GREAT FIGHTER!!!That will be the difference if they fight.

Guys look, I don't really like how the Pac train is rolling lately facing Floyd's left overs and all but to say he's not a good fighter and not fleet footed in that ring 95% of the time is insane fellas. He deserves some credit. In my opinion, he beat Shane worse than anyone ever has, albeit @ 39 y/o, and didn't have a mark on his face at the end. That's not an easy task.
