Manny agreed to OST a year ago. But all Mayweather Promotions fights, that kid Vargas and the other fighter Floyd has don't have OST. So much for cleaning up the sport. Imagine that Mayweather Promotions putting on fights without OST. Why ask Manny to make it happen he agreed to EXTRA test and is an active fighter. Based on what you have written maybe Manny should retire as there is no one there to fight. Only a novice would make comment like you do. What you have just written is the modern day excuse to duck fighters. Every knowledgeable boxing fans know up and comers are the most dangerous as they are usually hungry for fame and fortune. this fight was absolute trash!! never seen that cowardly side of Mosley before. guess he just wanted a payday! sucks that we pay 64 bucks of pay per view to witness a glorified sparring match. Manny needs to stop Fighting these washed up guys and facing real competition.
