I'd give him a decent puncher's chance if he was willing to let his hands go more often. Even then, Ward's chin seems solid enough that he won't be beaten without taking some heavy leather beforehand.

I don't think it's impossible for him to win, but I don't think it's likely and I also don't expect him to change his style. If he was going to do so he would've done it before now.

hopefully it's a good fight, i give him about 25% at the most. i don't really see ward losing this one...maybe another upset? lots of people losing their 0s, but i just hope it's an exciting fight

I go with Ward by UD, but AA for its style, is more dangerous than Kessler, Froch, Dirrell and Bute for Ward.
