Well, it's really, really, really, simple. He makes more money fighting Pac than anyone else in the sport (because he's already fought Money Mai) and can retire a very wealthy multi-millionaire.

But hey, it was you guys who shat on Mayweather the most out of anyone for Floyd taking that fight at 147 and yet when Pac does it, it's all kosher? Come on man. That was also years ago now when Marqiuez still had a little bit left and we all saw how that went for him. Now, he's quite a bit older, slower, easier to hit, his reflexes have dulled even more and he's once again moving up two divisions to fight a welterweight.

Come on people. Give it a rest. It's a mismatch and another 'name' fighter well past his use-by-date at 40 years old. As much as I love Marquez this is not the fight he should be having. He needs a Judah-type fight for that fourth title with a very nice payday to retire with, not a massive payday plus a brutal beating with a million phaggy Pac fans rushing around the place screaming like 12 year old girls "Told you so! Pac the greatest! He beat Marquez proper and this shows that Pac was better and would always win. The other fights were just flukes and this was two prime fighters. Marquez was still prime at 40 in the 147 pound division and Pac was like totally green and just an amateur when they last fought twice over five years! Like totally! pwn LAMO!"
