There's a reason why Floyd/Pac is still not happening. Pacman is on A-side meth which gives him the "power" he's talking about in his post fight interview. When that "power" lands on anybody's head and body all his opponent could wish for is be able to make a defensive fortress and forget about doing anything else. Doing so will spell your doom. First to come up with a defensive fortress is Clottey. The others chose to take risk and got beat as a result.

I happen to know that there has been a worldwide shortage of A-side Meth lately.

Pac has been on B-side Meth. This one causes uncontrolllable arm jerking--making you touch gloves with your opponent every few minutes.
