plus we're use to hbo too.

a big fight just isn't the same without lederman's scoring and merchant's senile rants.

i give showtime a break. they're not used to holding big ppv's. not since what tyson? they'll get better.

360's rating weren't that great on cbs.

      don't know about showtime though.

I don't care about what the ratings for Fight Camp 360 were. They did a great job imo and the last 2 episodes were 1 hour and got to show much more insight than 24/7.

I just wish all 4 episodes were 1 hour.

I'm not so sure Marquez won't do the same after feeling the difference between Pac's power at 130 and Pac's power at 140-147.

One thing I know for sure is that JMM will hit the canvas at some point. Probably multiple times. Then cry foul about losing the fight for a third time.

hopefully HBO, showtime sucks. the presentation is just awful, the color commentators are fucking ambien pills, feels like a sterile, low budget wrestling match with the cheesy overused metal graphic all over your TV. could care less if the fight was great but still. nothing beats HBO's production crew.

he just went with the better showtime offer.

if cbs doesn't give pac-jmm 3 the cbs coverage it did offer for this fight......who knows?

hbo threw a ton of money at top rank to get the mosley fight. they lost because they couldn't give the extras cbs did.

now if hbo can counter with say someting on TNT and TBS and CNN (hbo's sister networks)

now that could get pac-jmm 3.
Great post man and I would absolutely love to see Boxing on either of these networks regularly.

Do you know if there have been talks to use TNT and TBS as a platform for Boxing between Top Rank/Golden Boy and HBO?

                  see pac-marquez 1 and 2 replays on tnt/tbs?

see pac go on conan and lopez show?

if the fight happens during nba season , pac can go talk to charles , ernie and kenny?

pac-marquez 3 commercials during nba games?

don't know if it's ever been brought up but that's the only way hbo can compete with showtime/cbs. use their sister networks. it's not network tv but everyone has cable nowadays anyway. tnt/tbs has a bigger audience than hbo since it's not a premium cable channel.

plus don't forget sports illustrated and cnn are also time warner like hbo. they could be involved as well. who knows?

i think that's for all 4 shows combined. say 1 million each episode.

if it had 4 million viewers per episode that'd be more viewers than some nbc primetime tv comedies/drama.
