Manny isn't getting a bye from anybody. At first he only agreed to a cutoff date, sure, but mostly as a bargaining chip in their verbal tug-of-war. It wasn't about hiding, it was about gaining the upper hand in the negotiation process (for both of them). But then just flat-out agreed to do the test. It was then that Mayweather suddenly walked away from the table.

Since no championship fighters are required to take those types of tests anyway, there's no reason why the top 2 champions of the last 20 years should be subject to them.

Why did Mayweather ask for them? That's the only fishy component. He never wanted the fight to begin with, and this was a way for him to leverage himself out of it.

When he was making the rematch with De La Hoya (who was literally a handful of jabs away from winning that fight, btw), everyone was hounding him to fight Cotto or Margarito: then the two hottest Welterweight prospects. Mayweather made up some bs about them not being big enough names, and then in the face of speculation that DLH stood a chance in the rematch, Floyd just decides to retire.

Now his PR people are flooding the airways with his personal "troubles" which are sure to keep him out of boxing until Manny slows down, and then he will come clamoring for a match. And let's face it, Mayweather's style will hold up to age better Manny's. Volume punching reliant upon speed is one of the first traits to go.

When history looks back on this era, it will have been Floyd Mayweather, not Manny Pacquiao, who prevented this fight from happening.
    CO-signed!

After all the bullcrap, Floyd doesn't want to fight Pac at the first place. That Drug testing is just a cover up. Enough said.

horrible fight and I feel like I was 'suckered' into paying to see it. And the most disgusting part was not mosley's lack of fighting spirit but his constant 'high fiving', tapping gloves, and hugging before and after every round. The reluctant pacman only wanted to tap his gloves on shanes face as one would expect from a true fighter. Mosley continued to oggle the champ after the fight bowing to him and
proclaiming him to be the best and hardest hitting fighter ever then .....and....'thanks for the bread' revealing his true motives for being there...we were all duped

NO WAY Manny avoids Marquez and really wants to fight Floyd and no way if it were Floyd being called out for juicing, the whole world wouldn't be coming down on him. There would be new laws for testing if it were Floyd. When McGwire was juicing and everybody knew it they all turned their heads but when Bonds broke the Babe's record it changed the game and you and everybody else knows it.
How many Presidents have been as disrespected as *****? Floyd's personal business is just that, HIS PERSONAL BUSINESS. What the **** does that have to do with what he does in the ring?

you are more concern about the drug testing rather than watching Pac - Floyd clash? What the hell is wrong with you guys? You are supposed to be a boxing fan, not USADA.

Very true, my feelings exactly. Shane didn't come to fight. Very few right hands and too much glove tapping. Shane was there for a check. I will never refer to him as Sugar again. He disgraced the name and was stripped permanently lastnite.

Yes - by an unedited source, because that NEVER happened. You shouldn't even ask if you should post the vid, just post it if you're so confident.
I know it's 100% horse ****. Let's see what you can dig up.

Just so you know - they never "AGREED" on a cut-off date. The Pacquiao camp GAVE a cutoff date and it was rejected. You have to get your facts straight dude. Pacquiao is a great fighter, but you clearly don't know wtf is going on.
