Arum will only sign Pacquaio/Marquez if Marquez is not promoted by Golden Boy. If the Marquez fighit does not materialize, he will only fight Bradley if he leaves Gary Shaw and signs with Arum. Floyd is not going to leave Golden Boy Promotions. Therefore, Arum will not make a fight between Mayweather and Pacquaio, but will instead continue to feed the boxing public the continuous bullsh.t about Mayweather preventing the fight from happening.
