What would you think of Manny if......

After beating Hatton, instead of moving up, stayed just stayed at 140 and beaten Bradley, Khan, Ortiz and Alexander instead of going up to beat Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, and soon to be Shane Mosley?

Would you feel that would be more impressive?

Or what about instead of facing Oscar, he just stayed at 135 and fought Campbell, Juan Diaz, Guzman, Marquez II and someone like Roberto Garcia?

This isn't a flame, or bait thread, rather I'm curious to know if others feel he career post David Diaz or post Oscar could have been better had he taken a different route.

*BTW it's a slow day at work, so I thought I'd ask this to pass time*

I like the route he took. Fighting the bigger guys says something to me. Maybe now we can see Ortiz/Pac at 147.

Also, I think he would have beat up all the guys at 140.
