Watching the fight again, it wasn't that boring.

Round 6,7,8 and 9 were the worse. Pacquaio didn't do that much, and Mosely just held back and kept moving. Also at Round 6, Ariza was working on Pacquiao's left leg from what I saw on the break, perhaps sooner?

Also at round 6, Pacquia gestured Mosely to fight, that was when Pacquiao was mad and round 7 the fans started booing.

Real numbers. Maybe 2 could have been taken off because they could have been slow ass jabs to Pac's gloves, but the rest were real. It seems Mosely wanted to touch gloves after every incident, but then in the last 3 rounds he stopped every time they hugged.
The fight wasn't that bad, but the glove tapping made it worse.

Maybe it does help slow the fight down, or when a fighter is hurt they want to, like Khan VS Maidana.
