FACT: back in Dec 09, Pac would have gotten a 14-day cutoff

FACT: Arum has publicly stated that Marquez is next

So why would he mention random blood tests all of a sudden ?

Bob Arum always slips up and then tries to cover his tracks. He said not to long ago that he will "NEVER" let Pacquiao fight any other company fighter (Golden Boy specifically). Now he is trying to win the fans over by saying Manny agreed and Floyd wanted $100MIL. Sorry Pac fans but this is bull****.

If you read it properly, Arum believes Floyd is not with GBP and therefore there would be no problem .... plus I'm sure they would make an exception for that fight and get it done. How? Maybe get a middle man (eg. HBO President) to help with the negotiations.

You and others in that other thread have what one would call selective reading. Arum is now telling everyone that PEDs testing is NOT an obstacle. Manny has also said it on numerous occasions.

Floyd said last year that he was NOT willing to fight and wanted a long vacation.

Recently, Floyd said that even his uncle Roger is lying and there is no known negotiations going on for a summer fight. Floyd even went as far as to say that he is still not ready to come back.

What more do you guys want?

If Floyd wants it, he can try to negotiate and see if Arum/Manny/Roach are really serious about the testing .... BUT as Floyd himself said, he needs his vacation to be extended a bit more .... meaning NOT NOW MANNY!
