Hatton's never drew in the states prior to the Floyd fight and Cotto was selling out the Garden, no comparison.
    I understand what your saying.

Cotto vs Mayweather undefeated would have been good, but by time Floyd was ready to fight Cotto he had lost his undefeated streak.

How could one resist the temptation of the unfeated fight between "Ricky "The Hitman" Hatton vs "Floyd "Pretty Boy" Mayweather.

The fight just sounded so much better, not that 1 loss on any boxers record means anything.

Too bad Floyd jr and especially Floyd Sr dont see it your way. If they did, this fight would have happened already. Floyd has went on the record to say he fears for his sons life if he fights that man. Just yesterday a vid was posted with Floyd Sr saying, "That man (Pacquiao) is stronger than Samson" Samson being a biblical figure who is believed to be the strongest man who ever lived.

Once again, thanks bob. Tell me something I don't know. U gotta be real light headed to buy into half these ****ing excuses flying around. A blind man could see through this ****. Floyd don't wanna fight pac, period, end of story, that's all folks.

I say bring on pac ortiz, stop wasting time with the excuse machine.

Floyd is an embarrassment to anyone with a brain, his tactics are female in nature, and he carries himself like a spoiled brat. I'll be the first one to watch if he fights again, I respect him inside the ring, and inside the ring only. But I'm also gonna call it like it is. Dude is a disgrace with this crap, spreading rumors, making up excuses, acting petty, talking **** about a guy he won't fight, that's all chick **** right there.

Yeah agreed, either fight was good fight for Floyd at the time. Wish he had more of em though. That 1 loss actually cost Cotto his breakthrough stardom and years off his career.

certain fans would love to believe manny and arum .. saying ya they would take the test but you have never heard these words come out of either mouth, yes i will take RANDOM(key word)RANDOM blood test,NO CUT OFF... none of that in any which way has come out of there mouths.

i respect manny and floyd im not a ******* or *****,i am very open minded and unbiased FAN OF THE SPORT. i dont let emotions likes or dislikes of fighters sway my opinion, unlike most boxing fans. FACTS ARE FACTS.WE HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION ON THESE BOXING SITES available to read but people choose to digest it differently.

digest this... imagine rolls reversed.if floyds team was doing all this he would be persecuted by media fans everyone

.naw bro im afraid of needles. olympic athletes do it and perform but it makes me weak. i dont understand how a world known athlete can say no to a blood test and be defended. imagine kobe turning down a test???michael vick??? its good for the sport u cant get everything with pee lol?

not saying hes guilty love to watch him fight, but arum chooses his words wisely when discussing this topic also manny.

Well, this is today. And tomorrow is promised to no one unless someone ends his vacation, finds the urge, and call Arum out on his bluff/lie.

Sadly, you and I know what Floyd's response to this would be.

i sometimes feel that way myself cuz of all the corruption in the sport.thats boxing they like to let it simmer and squeeze every last drop from something that big. its not the nba ,nfl, mlb boxing unpredictability adds to the suspense once an event like that gets made. maybe they look at it as the biggest fight ever so it must have the the most crazy story and negotiation process.its already sold and has a deep story with alota drama and hype behind it ,once made and promotions start it would be insane build up to the fight.cuz everyone wouldn t be able to believe it got made.
