Until I see the Ward video if there is one, we can't use that as much really.

Diaz in MMA is easily top 10 @ 170, I would argue top 5

He is top 5 WW..... Hes the only one right now that can actually contend with GSP at all....

If Fake Shields with his medicoe striking can cut up GSP then Nick can easily.......

I have seen that video of him and Henry sparring the kid is slow and boxes like sht.pretty good at mma though.he should stick with that

Listen, Lacy is utter **** lately but full credit for Nick Diaz for stepping up to the plate.

I want Lacy to win but along as Diaz is boxing, he's a boxer.

Well, big mouths sell, why do you think Diaz creates some sort of hype around him? He is awkward, as if he has a chip on his shoulder when he is asked questions, and he keeps it true. Of course it's good TV.

Now I made this thread because it intrigues me to see him VS a boxer, even against Lacy whom I feel is certainly shot. Diaz could end up earning more in boxing than MMA if he is good.

I understand you meant no disrespect. My point was simply this. That if you took the fact that diaz is the mma guy out of the equation this would be a nonissue. This is how boxing works. Guys like lacy make perfect matchups for any prospect only in their 2nd pro fight looking to make some noise.

And at the end of the day diaz isnt pursuing a pro boxing career to be a champ. Just to stay busy in between mma fights while improving his standup.

who was the last guy lacy ever beat that mattered?more impotant diaz has horrible scar tissue above both his eyes after a few rounds w/no head gear and gettin touched w/10oz gloves he'll be amess so even though lacy is shot he still should be able to land enough to force a stoppage. Hopefully!! at least Toney fought someone realevent not sayin he should fight P4P but still
