Lacy use to at least beat bums and OK level guys pre Calzaghe. Then he tore a rotater cuff in a fight after, and since then he has lost to a shot Taylor (lost to Pavlik, Froch, Abraham) a shot Roy (Lost to Green, Calzaghe and Hopkins) and a bum. Heck I haven't even followed him for a while so don't know his record.

Anyway his left hand is gone, and he was known as left hook Lacy.

Bradley has the boxing IQ, speed and skill to beat Nick.

                Omar Henry isn't really anyone.

I am surprised that Ward didn't totally own Diaz ( if it is true )

However Ward does have a hit and hold style which isn't pretty. I would imagine Dirrell or Froch to easily out box Diaz let alone Ward.

To follow up and explain my thinking, even if there is 30 lbs between them on weigh in normally?
Well Bradley has very good footwork, and Diaz is very slow on his, and his adjustments are very basic from my complete viewing of the sparring with Omar Henry ( who I don't rate yet)
The other issue, he is very open and comes forward, and Bradley would counter him pretty much all day long IMO. What Diaz does have is a good chin and he likes to pressure. Bradley is not a KO puncher and with 8 ounces gloves, I don't think Diaz would KO Bradley who has a solid chin, and I would assume he would take Diaz's shots on his poor boxing technique. Sure he has workrate, but he won't be hitting Bradley who is very hard to hit when he chooses to box.

I would also say a 140 lb MMA champ (if there is sch a weight, since I don't follow it much but I do know there is 155) would beat a 168 lb boxer at MMA.

Why are you complaining about the matchup? MMAtards will tell you that Nick Diaz is a champ but any actual mma fan will tell you that he's champ in the bushleagues and not even top10 boxers in the sport.

And all that aside it'll only be his 2nd professional fight. Why in the world would you put 1 of the world's best in there with him. even he's outweighed by 30lbs.
