It is true that floyd used to outsell Manny vs. Common opponents, but Manny is a lot more popular now than he was a couple of yrs ago. I believe Manny v. Mosely will do at least the 1.4 mil that May. Mosely did.

But that's irrelevant. I've always defended Manny's opposition, but if the PAc-May fight doesn't get eventually made next year b/c of Arum's petty vindictiveness then that's on Pacquiao. He needs to speak up and tell Arum to do everything in his power to make the fight. I can live wit Pac Marquez 3 b/c their 1st 2 fights were exiting and close. But after that, you gotta do everything in ur power to make the superfight.
Arum owes it to the fans who's spent hundreds of millions buying Pac's fights.
Initially I didn't plan on buying Pac-Mosely. I've since changed my mind. BUT, if Arum does not try to make PAc-Floyd next yr, and matches PAc against som bull**** top rank fighter, like Pac-Cotto II - no way in hell would I buy it - and the fans should really speak out by boycotting it to let Arum know that he cant get away with it

So, correct me if i'm wrong, but Arum is saying Pac will never fight a GBP fighter, because they defamed him with PED accusation, yet he seems to be implying that a Mayweather fight is still possible because May broke all ties with GB, but didn't he also defame Pacquiao?

Fact is, Arum is one extremely greedy sob, and if he's not in sole control of the $$$ then he's not having it. Accusations and apologies are just an easy excuse to do what he wants.

Floyd is an HBO fighter who conducts business via Golden Boy and is named in the same lawsuit that Arum is using as a shield to prevent him and Golden Boy from doing business. 'Nuff said.
