Even Pac fan's will admit that Bob Arum spent 5-weeks telling the media that he was personally negotiating a deal with GBP for a Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight. Then he stated that he forwarded a proposal to GBP and immediately put a 2-week deadline on the offer..... but the very day after his "deadline" expired, on July 17th 2010, Arum was forced to admit that neither he nor Ross Greenburg had ever spoken with anyone from GBP.
