Dude, read the three articles because they were written at different time periods. They will clearly show you that Jeff was involved in the South Africa negotiations but that at the end, he left it up to Floyd's camp because of frustration when someone started talking about $100M for just one guy. This corroborates Arum's claim that Floyd or someone from his camp did ask for $100M as guaranteed purse, which scuttled the talks.
All Grustler has are comments from Arum and Roach that were years old or taken completely out of context, just like Arum's recent interview was taken out of context to suggest that he is ducking a Floyd fight.
If you are looking for the latest unadulterated comment from the man himself, see Pac's live interview before several reporters where he specifically stated that he is willing to grant all of Floyd's testing demands. Or if you want, you can read the article from Pac himself calling on Floyd and Don King (at the time when Floyd was flirting with him) to start negotiations with Arum.

Even Pac fan's will admit that Bob Arum spent 5-weeks telling the media that he was personally negotiating a deal with GBP for a Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight. Then he stated that he forwarded a proposal to GBP and immediately put a 2-week deadline on the offer..... but the very day after his "deadline" expired, on July 17th 2010, Arum was forced to admit that neither he nor Ross Greenburg had ever spoken with anyone from GBP.
How could the media have been so fkn ****** ?If Greenburg was telling the truth, then Bob Arum must have been lying ?
Because 9 days after Greenburg (apparently) started " negotiations ", Bob Arum himself confirmed that NO negotiations were currently underway, and Ellerbe confirmed that there were no negotiations scheduled for the immediate future.....
And yet again..... 12 days after Greenburg (apparently) started " negotiations ", Arum again confimed that NO negotiations were currently underway, and Schaefer himself confimed that there were no negotiations scheduled for the immediate future.....
Even as late as 7 weeks after Greenburg (apparently) started " negotiations ", Bob Arum still insisted that GBP were representing Mayweather..... “ Patience, patience, patience, ” said Arum, who has been in the thick of negotiations with Golden Boy Promotions (GBP) regarding what is expected to be the richest fight in boxing history.....
In fact, the first time that I can recall Greenberg even being mentioned, was during Arum's conference call.

* The “gag order” provision also came from Arum.
* everything we’ve heard about these “negotiations” has come from Arum…
