Hearn may end up doing a good job with Froch but I don't think his track record suggests that. He seems similar to Hennessey: has some decent fighters but hasn't made any of them into big stars.

Not sure why Froch has decided to sign with him.

Frank Warren is the biggest promoter in the UK. Strange move by Froch. Warren also has same if not more links with Sky than the Hearns.

Promoters are all about exposure and money. Hennessey gave Froch exposure, but probably wanted more of the share than Hearn is happy with. Warren is the most prominent but also greediest of the bunch. Therefore Froch made the logical step to join Hearn.

If I was froch i would have tried to sign with a large US based promoter like top rank or golden boy. They could have got him dates in the US against the bigger named fighters. I feel sorry for Froch. He's a dam world class fighter with a resume that ****s over nearly anyone elses yet he does not have the money or stardom that he deserves.
