Cotto would beat him and this fight would be at a catchweight since Cotto said he can't fight at 160. Probably 155-156 catchweight and it would give Cotto a title in 4th different divisions something no Puerto Rican has ever done and only the 10th in boxing history. Joining Thomas Hearns, Ray Leonard, Roberto Duran, Pernell Whitaker, Oscar De La Hoya, Leo Gamez, Roy Jones Jr, Floyd Mayweather Jr and Manny Pacquiao. First ballot HOF right there.

Cotto may have lost a step since the Marg and Pac fights but I'm pretty sure he has more than enough in the tank to take care of JCC Jr. Even at 160 which Arum probably feels gives Jr. the advantage Cotto would still beat him.
