why do they say joe calzaghe ducked glen johnson ?....

since when was pulling out of a fight injured ducking?...

Jim Lampley said Joe Calzaghe blatantly ducked Glen Johnson on a number of occasions, and with good reason. Johnson is the type fighter that no one
    want to fight.

Glen Johnson 14 loses everybody was beating johnson before he pop up on your hbo screen and knockout that over hyped HBO fighter jones jr

Glen Johnson cant punch who has he knockout?..jones and ?...nobody

Glen Johnson hasn't got any boxing skills

Glen Johnson was not a mandatory challenger

Glen Johnson was not a top contender

Glen Johnson hasn't got any championship experience

so why would a man of joe calzaghe legend duck a bum like Glen Johnson

all Glen Johnson was, was a hand picked opponent he wouldn't look good on calzaghe resume anyway it would make calzaghe look like a bully picking a cherry with 14 loses what was roy jones thinking

Glen Johnson fought at middleweight and had no success

Glen Johnson fought at super middleweight lost to Omar Sheika and had no success after that

Glen Johnson fought at light heavyweight and was successful for 1 year beating HBO hype job Tarver and jones after that he had no success

so how did calzaghe duck Glen Johnson?...

because he did, several times. It's factual.

"Glen Johnson was not a top contender" SURE BUDDY, keep telling yourself that.

Johnson was Fighter of the Year in 2004 KO'ing Jones and beating Tarver and Calzaghe pulled out of course. This is well documented. There is no excuse possible for pulling out 4 TIMES. None.

Joe Calzaghe didn't only duck Glen Johnson, he fought some one who Glen knocked out years ago.

Calzaghe had the chance to fight either Dawson, Pavlik, or Johnson.

They were all calling him out. Either one of those would have been fine. He could have beaten Pavlik and get the credit for taking his 0 and then retire in peace or fight Jones for the $.

Instead he decisioned an old shot Jones, and retired.

Calzaghe would be light work for a great fighter like Glen Johnson.

As with every other top contender in their prime, he was sidestepped by Joe Calzaghe.

His hands always turned to Paper mache when GJ was brought up.

Glen Johnson is a great fighter who was never given the respect that he has earned and to this day is shafted and always given the short end of the stick. If he couldn't stop Calzaghe, he would without a doubt win 8 or 9 rounds. Even still, he may have got the short end of the stick.

He is one of the most robbed men in the history of boxing, a true throwback to black fighters of the old days who were always screwed out of what they worked hard for and earned.

                    It's sickening.

Calzaghe is not of the caliber of Glen Johnson and there is no reason to defend Joe or get offended. Glen Johnson was just an awesome fighter.
