if Marquez does take a fight b/f PAc in November, it won't be Guerrero or Judah (TopRank wouldn't allow that). I bet Top Rank won't even agree to him taking a fight in the interim, but if they do, it would be someone who Marqeuez would be asignificant favorite to beat, such as a Nate Campbell, David Diaz or Jorge Barrios

I dont get the post - Marquez is a joke - he beat Pacquiao twice - wouldnt that make him a great fighter, not a joke.
Plus, his point is that he hasn't gotten the decisions in the past, and he wants to make sure he is at his top form - 100% - therefore he doesn't want to go into one of the biggest fights of his career having not fought in a year

Logically doesnt make sense.unless Marquez is buying time and will not fight manny this year.Marquez is a once a year fighter .he and old man how is his body is going to respond fighting two fight within 3 months we don't know .with his luck that just might be the fight where his old age catch up with him and he sluggish and can't pull the trigger.

              Manny is a b1tch.....

Manny is a b1tch for demanding 147 for Marquez.....

" Freddie Roach, Manny Pacquiao’s trainer, said recently that Pacquiao’s natural fighting weight is probably 140 pounds "

JMM definitely needs a fight before another possible Pac match, preferably at 140.

                  How will a third fight at 147 " provide closure " ?

Marquez is a career featherweight, who will be close to 40yo, fighting at 147.

It will be an exhibition match, and nothing more.
Soooo, you don't want him to fight JMM?

I have no interest at all in Marquez vs Pacquiao at 147.

That fight would be an obvious mis-match, which is why Pac demanded 147.

Nor do I have any interest in watching Martinez fight at LHW, nor Pac at MW.

But I would be kinda interested ina fight where the deal was to meet in the middle, instead of dragging Marquez waaay out of his comfort zone to 147.

                      140 would be fine.

Marquez is now a lightweight so he would still be at a disadvantage, Manny would be faster and stronger, but 140 is a lot fairer than 147. JMM is being set up by those cherry-picking ****s.

Pacquiao is a carefully manufactured hype-job, he simply will not fight an opponent unless that opponent is at a significant disadvantage.

" a good fighter will look great if he holds all of the advantages "
