It is plainly obvious that Marquez is largely ineffective above 135.

At 140, the fight would be a lightweight vs jww.

At 147, that fight will be a lightweight vs welter.

Manny "padded" Pacquaio just wants every advantage over his aging but still dangerous nemesis.

I have never heard of any decent fighter manipulating advantages like Pac.

Sorry to break it to ya kid. But that's reality. Reality is, Pacquiao has earned this type of what you call "manipulation," even though in really his infamous/genius Bob Arum is the one who guided him in this direction. He actually asked for something like this "So if Mosley gets 5mill, Marquez should get 5-7mill"
but then Arum called that figure pricing himself out.
