manny is a guy who really wants to fight and usually puts a beating on his opponents.
not every fight has to have an ass whooping like the ones manny puts on to be considered embarrassing.
jmm and manny fought both times before manny started moving up divisions like nothing. floyd challenged marquez to a division he never fought at before. real big difference between these fights man.
Floyd could have got him out of there but honestly after watching that fight I think he gave JMM a pass out of respect and also he wanted to get back in fighting form after his inactivity. JMM is the only fighter during the promotions of a fight that Floyd didn't disrespect. I believe he wanted to get the rust off. Not saying JMM is a fighter to be taken lightly but Floyd if he wanted would have put Marquez out or beat him worst.

      i dunno.

i don't think coming in at weigh-in OVERWEIGHT at a CATCHWEIGHT FIGHT in spite of already having numerous advantages can be considered respectful.

and i doubt floyd was holding back at all against marquez. the guy has an iron chin and has proven it time and again.

floyd isn't known for his knock-out power and it is thus quite understandable why he couldn't knock out marquez.

thing about floyd is if he knows he is winning, he won't take any chances, even if the crowd is silent or booing, he knows he's got it in the bag, why risk losing rounds or anything like that?

I can agree with you on the coming in overweight at a catchweight was disrespectful. Floyd has whupped alot of fighters bad when he was at 130 and moving up. That fight was so easy for him that I don't see why he could not have turned up the heat and whupped Marquez worst. Marquez is definitely my second favorite fighter after Martinez but from watching Floyd for years. He has slowed down alot and if he wanted to, JMM would have been hurt bad. We can agree to disagree on that. Floyd is not known for his KO power? I saw corners stop fights and throw in towels against Floyd. Just cause he is technical doesn't mean he can't turn it up and get you out of there. Just look at the Mosley fight. Floyd after the second round had no issues with Mosley at all. He took Shane's best and weathered it. If he wanted, he could have for sure been the first fighter to KO Shane. Marquez/Pacquiao at 147 will most definitely show the difference between Floyd and Pac.

The ONLY boxer Manny has beat while he was still at the best, and the boxer he should get the biggest credit for beating, Marco Antonio Barrera.

Nacho says both of them are of the same weight.
The fighter himself said he can beat Pacquiao at any weight.

Why then are some people still bit***ng about the weight?
What is wrong with these people???

Just enjoy the fight if it happens.

Most likely JMM and Manny will weigh about 144/145 I'm guessing. Pac came in at 144 against Margarito. Floyd is bigger than both guys. Not sure but fight may not play out to be an onslaught like many for Marquez. I just believe in JMM's ability as a fighter. He already gave Pac the business in two fights 3 years apart. Pac most likely can win due to experience at a higher weight but demolish Marquez? I don't know about that. would have to see it happen first.
