it's not even that, it's just a real hard image to try and picture jmm hanging with anyone above 135. floyd embarrassed him at 146, and he hasn't fought against anyone at lww, so how can anyone expect this to turn out to be a great fight? it's good to see marquez have confidence, but as a spectator of the sport, you just have go by facts, and it's a fact marquez can't hang at WW. (there's a big difference between fight night weight and weigh-in weight, so don't even bring it up)

so basically, this can be summed up as one of either:

1. Marquez is supremely confident of his skills over Manny and knows something his fans don't, since he considers him vs Pac at 147 a fair fight. He's willing to face Pac and is confident at victory even when fighting at Pac's terms.

OR

2. He's so desperate to get the Manny Pacquiao jackpot fight that he's willing to submit himself to a crap fight.

At 147 is a garbage fight. Whether JMM asked for it or not.

either:

jmm gets hurt really bad in their third encounter. pacman will knock him out cold. keep in mind I am a big jmm fan, but I know jmm cant win, not even on his best night.

Embarassed him too much yet not able to put him away for good. Shoot, he out weighted marques but the bestest he can be was out point. Another boring fight that was, Against pacquiao,, marquez had a chance to win. Floyd was too much against marquez, but still had to be the judges ,,, WHY????

mayweather has defensive skills, with not much KO power
manny is a guy who really wants to fight and usually puts a beating on his opponents.
not every fight has to have an ass whooping like the ones manny puts on to be considered embarrassing.
jmm and manny fought both times before manny started moving up divisions like nothing. floyd challenged marquez to a division he never fought at before. real big difference between these fights man.

at this point in time, i don't see marquez beating Pac, period.

though i would favor seeing them 140, but that is only to make it seem competitive, since obviously marquez performs best at 135-140.
