If Arum had already scheduled a meeting with Shane Mosley a week before the fight and had met him 3 days after?

They made a deal to fight Shane without even trying to contact Floyd.

Then after the shane fight floyd said we can make the fight he just needs to test. Manny fought margarito instead...Bob Arum and manny are the only ones talking about Floyd but then they always go fight someone else...Floyd aint paying them any attention cause all that would be doing is wasting time.
