Pacquiao's improvements are overstated. Hes certainly more dimensional than when he was at 122 or so, but from 130 to now hes really not that much different.

hes had those skills that people are noticing now for a long time, which is why I predicted him to beat DLH. remember people were touting about how Pacquiao was a completely different fighter before the Marquez rematch, and then yet he had just as many problems or more than in the first fight?

well there's improvement, he learned how to deal fighting backwards, tho he is much better now than when he fought morales, P.S when exactly did he knock morales down with a check hook? or hurt him, just a clip, too lazy to rewatch the fights

I don't see improvements since Marquez 2. It's a myth.

The punch Pacqiauo knocked down Marquez with in their second fight was one of the best and beautifully timed punches he has ever thrown. He really hasn't improved since that fight IMO.

He obviously has improved since his 118, 122 and 126 days of course but are we forgetting that Pac completely outclassed a seasonsed skillful Barrera like 8 or so years ago?

Just rewatch their first fight. Morales isnt really hurt by it, but Pacquiao is still using the same exact counter right hook he has nowadays. Its just that Morales was ready for it in the first fight.


he used it multiple times in the third Morales fight as well, its a bit easier to pick out. go to 1:19, he stuns Morales with a counter right hook, which directly led to the knockdown.
