All the Pacquiao fans keep saying Manny is a small welter weight.So why not fight Marquez where Juan is more comfortable and fight him at 140lbs and Pac be a big Jr welter weight.

..jmm signs before the fight, Shane kO's Pac for 22 mil. Pac destroys jmm this fall for 20 mil then a rematch against Shane this Dec for 30 mil. Pac KO's Shane in 10, Jr comes out of retirement and fights Pac in May for 50 mil each in a 3 fight series......what if....? that's a lot of money!
