He wouldn't be able to see it,but the NSAC inspector personally felt the wraps himself - and had there been anything wrong with them,he most certainly would have noticed while feeling these wraps.

I just have a funny feeling that Cotto will out box Margarito this time. Stewart will have Cotto pumping that jab, throwing hard right hands, going to the body more, and staying off the ropes.

Cotto will stand in the middle of the ring, be patient, and counter Margarito all night. Also when Margarito starts to throw alot of shots, instead of backing up Cotto will tie him up until the ref breaks them up.

Cotto can not fight angry (Because of the hand wraps situation).
He must listen to his corner and fight a disciplined fight.
