The NSAC WOULD HAVE implemented 'random' drug testing IF they were allowed enough time to do it BEFORE March of 2010. The date Freddie and company thought Floyd would not be ready to fight on.

Fact: Floyd has never tested positive for drugs either AND he's willing to take a random drug test on top of that.

Fact: The reason 'extra' tests have not been used in the past 50 years or in Floyd's 40 fights, is because you weren't around to point that out to us then.

Manny didn't agree to $H!t. Just a year ago he was telling Amir Khan that he wasn't mentally ready to give his blood inorder to fight Floyd. It's easy to say that you accepted all the demands to the media but at the table during negotiations is all that matters. Pac has to say that he accepts everything because people won't accept that he didn't fight Floyd due to giving blood. How can Manny Pacquiao be one of my favorite fighters or considered the best in the sport when he gets spooked by giving blood? This guy probably loses more blood in the ring then he would have to give to make the fight with Floyd. I'm a grown ass man and there is NO WAY in hell that I am going to believe that this other grown ass man, who fights for a living is scared to give his blood. What sense does that $H!t make? I remember watching Manny on Jimmy Kimmel live and when Pac was asked why he didn't want to take the tests. He said because Floyd is bigger and it would be a disadvantage for him? I am so surprised and disappointed in the same breath that people are not calling Pac out for this $H!t? It is ridiculous. Instead people blame Floyd for trying to make the fight, while Pac had another opponent on stand by because HE KNEW that he wasn't going to fight Floyd. Pacquiao already said yes on the OST Demand so what the hell are these *****s complaining about. Besides fighting should be the last thing that Floyd should be thinking about at this point. He must convince the judge to stop postponing the trial of his case.. Plus he has some women and a rent a cop to beat up to keep himself sharp at this point

I think what gets missed the most about is this, is that Pacquiao agreed to 3 blood tests and unlimited urine tests.

He didn't completely refuse to take the tests, he was willing to do it with a reasonable cut off.
