Not.....it wasn't. There's not an official report, but some articles said that Marquez asked almost double of the Mayweather's fight purse. Like 7 or 8 Millions !!

    But that's not official....And of course, i don't trust Arum !!

people are tired of Mexicans, Pac already have done the clean up so they just have to fight each other but Marquez is avoiding Morales.

Wasn't this the fight that people wanted to see if the Mayweather fight doesn't happen (again)?

If Pac were to fight Ortiz people would just say he fought a slow, flat footed plodder who fights straight forward and ducked JMM.
ortiz is none of those things so why would ppl say that? and if ppl did, who would listen? u? dont lose common sense in ur effort to make a point.

jmm is a **** fight at 147. it was when floyd did it and it still is. nothings changed except jmm got older.

So you think a fight with JMM is unreasonable now for Pac? If it were at 140?

5 mill is better than what he was gonna get before the mosley fight was signed.

I seriously doubt GBP will give JMM $5 million for 1 fight.

i think the highest weight class jmm has proven to be effective at is 135. regardless of if its at 140 or 147 its a **** fight. pac has proven effective at those weights. we kno he can do it. jmm hasnt looked good at 147 and hes never fought at 140. as far as whats reasonable or unreasonable, idc. sure pac has the right and the power to demand jmm move up. but does that make it even a good win if he does? no.

i honestly dont kno who pac should fight atm. im not gonna say ortiz cuz he's relatively new at 147 but bradley vs. khan winner is a possibility at 140.

Has Pac indicated he will or will not ever go back down to 140?

Of course with Marquez, since Pac holds all the cards, why would he when he knows that Marquez has little at 147, as FMJ fight showed?

yes it is the same and arums argument was that 5 mill was more than marquez had made against floyd and made it seem as if marquez was pricing himself out
