Mayweather/Marquez is worse because it was suppose to be a catch weight of 144lbs and Money didn't even make weight. Not to mention JMM is a LW, 2 divisions below. On the night of the fight, May refused to weigh in so by fight time I would guess he was at least 10lbs heavier.

People **** on Mosley cause he didn't look good his last 2 fights. They say he was too old against Mayweather and Mora. Mayweather was just the superior boxer and would have beat Shane whether he was prime or not. Yes, Mosley didn't look so good against Mora but first off, Mora didn't even make weight at '54 and Shane isn't even a '54 fighter to begin with. Even so I still think Shane did enough to win that fight. I wasn't complaining when it was a draw because it was a boring fight but I believe Mosley did just enough to get the nod.

it's floyd marquez and you're a ****** if you think otherwise, even if pac-mosley is a sht fight, it's simply because pacquiao is being considered unstoppable against anyone not a counterpuncher(an opinion from the majority, which get predictions wrong just as much as the minority), mosley has shocked the world before, he is bigger than pac and has the punch to hurt pacquiao not to mention is fast of hand

marquez jumped up 2 divisions, has no punch, no reach, size or any conceivable advantage whatsoever against the super fast, slick mayweather who could'nt even respect the agreed upon weight and came even heavier to make the already big leap for marquez even bigger

        floyd-marqeuz is a disgarce
        pac-mosley is a mismatch.....or so they say

Manny has come in overweight twice before...so that makes him twice the "cheater" that Floyd is

Floyd failing to make the catchweight on an already much lighter opponent puts him over the top as #1 asshoIe

Neither are bad fights fanboys are just talking crap. As long as Mosley shows up in shape it will be a decent fight.

I don't think are particularly bad per say, but they are nothing to brag about.

It's only bad because we hold both Floyd and Manny to such high standards, but if you look at some of the greatest fighters in the history of the sport, they have done similar things.

Look at B-hop. He is one of the greatest fighters/champs on this era and one two occasions he made two MW (Winky and Pavlik) come up two divisions to face him. You can't really get mad at Floyd for doing something B-hop and countless others have done.

With Manny, well regardless of how much people try to **** on Mosley, he is a top 3 fighter in Manny's division, and as a champ...I really can't hate on Manny for fighting someone who is a top fighter in his own division.

IMHO, no version of Shane would have looked great against Mora.

Also, I don't see how him losing to a MW at 154 has anything to do with how he is ranked or should be viewed at WW. Fight didn't happen at 147, so when discussing the top 147, that fight shouldn't even be brought up. Yes he hasn't won at 147 in three years, but what people fail to bring up is outta those three years, he was inactive for 1 1/2 years (due to his promotional company), lost to one of the greatest fighters of all-time, and then moved out the division for a fight. So in his only two fights at WW, he got a KO stoppage against a top guy, and lost to Floyd in the other. Again, I see no shame in losing to Floyd, which is why I don't see why so many are ****ting on Shane for that.
