And the media dislike Floyd so much that they ignore this fact. Manny and all his little friends get in front of cameras and microphones and say yeah Manny has agreed to random test. But behind closed doors the answer is still hell no.

there's a way to see if pacman's pronouncements are true or not. that is for floyd to come out of hiding and fire up instructions to his manager. won't take a minute. don't know what you damn *****s don't understand. floyd always have the option of entering the negotiation process and demand what he wants.

2.) Manny has already refused those exact same tests during an official negotiation, so the burden of proof is on him. Waiting.....
