The second part of the politicking back stage has emerged: Manny Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, is claiming that Antonio Margarito took the banned substance Ephedra and requested a drug test be administered before the fight. The commissioner denied the request and said they would only do a test after the fight, but Roach claimed this would be pointless, and that the Ephedra could have left Margarito's system by the time the fight was over.
HBO has video footage of Margarito having something poured into a cup, but it's unclear what all is going on with all the drama taking place behind the scenes.


Freddy's very concerned with cheaters as long as his fighter doesn't get caught.

Freddy's now an expert at what can't be found in blood tests... yet still claims he'd be hypocritical to ask Shane for a test since Pac declined the testing. Freddy doesn't mind Shane possibly cheating as long as they aren't required to submit to full random OST like Shane asked them to.
