There's more bad between Bam Bam and Ortiz, than between Ortiz and Maidana. The beef between Rios and Ortiz seems like it has more to do with stuff outside of the ring (There was an article posted on her months ago detailing the feud between the two fighters).

Maidana is just someone that Ortiz, like it or not, will be asked about until he rematches him and can silence his critics.

I think Ortiz dropped the ball in the first fight. He had the fight won. all he needed to do was box a lil more and keep Maidana at the end of a jab and set up a power shot but I guess he got too amped up because of the "next Golden Boy" title and all the people coming to see him fight. Victor Ortiz can beat Marcos Maidana. No doubt about it.
