Other fighters are fighting too but none of them is as protected as Pac is. Berto was probably the next up but you see what happened to him when he fought someone with a pulse. Same goes for Lopez.

Floyd Mayweather is irrelevant. Hasn't fought in almost a year, he isn't fighting this year so stop it with the fantasy talk about him spanking this guy or that guy.

Floyd is finished as a boxer in my opinion. He won't fight this year, and he'll be to rusty to get in there with Pacquiao next year even. Mayweather is already on the decline, so I think Mayweather is pretty much done at this point.
