You can't speculate on anything in the Josie case until the woman is in the courtroom pointing the finger at Floyd. She's had him arrested before only to recant her story.

Floyd could have very well smoothed this over on his own (with words, action, or dollars) and all the woman has to do is either not show up to court or botch the testimony and Floyd is free.

Regardless of what Floyd did, he's the father of her children and the millionaire that pays the bills. He may have done her wrong, but she might think twice before biting the hand that feeds her.

so just because an american has a court case in 5 months means he

      IS NOT ALLOWED TO WORK???

if floyd doesnt fight then its because he is done and doesn have the drive any

shane destroyed margacheato during a divorce, you have no idea what that

      takes out of a person
Does it? He's got another case and the possibility of facing time in prison is going to be a distraction while training.

This is a CRIMINAL case. The STATE is pursuing the case based on available evidence. Didn't they file with sworn statement and affidavit already? So all of sudden Josie wants to CHANGE the story now? She might be in trouble if she made this whole **** up. If the state calls you up as witness, you not gonna show up?

Does Floyd have this great look of concern about his case when he showed up for Ortiz/Berto fight. There is nothing preventing from taking/preparing a fight. It would not surprise to announce something in/end of May. It really depends how motivated he is.

sorry but if martinez and floyd fought martinez would beat floyd to death

martinez holds every single advantage except for being better defensively

at this age for floyd, and offensively, he would not be able to pot shot sergio

while sergio puts together blazing combinations...

the best fight as of today is floyd vs sergio....

floyd fought dlh at jr middle, no reason he cant make that weight again,

              5 years later...

i would bet my house on martinez in that fight.....

for the first time ever you would see floyd overwhelmed and outgunned

it would be shocking for all the floyd fanboys..

                so what is your point..

and its going to be stressful sitting on the couch waiting for it for 5 months too

whats the difference, he has to endure the stress of it either way

why not be productive and fight and make some money while he can???

just an excuse not to fight...

so if he worked a normal job like most of us he can take off 5 months and

do nothing because it may be distracting???????

                thats life,

he isnt fighting because he doesnt want to

                thats all

I just have a gut feeling that the trials will come to nothing. Money talks, and Floyd has a lot of it. IR debts or not.
