Foreman knocked Frazier from pillar to post while Ali fought tooth and nails against him. The outcome of a fight only affects the two people in the ring.
Unlike Pacquiao, Floyd rarely wins his fights in an impressive way. He just gets his decisions.

This is usually true but against Floyd Shane only threw about 4 more punches per round than Clottey did against Pac.

Manny is expected to KO more opponents than Floyd. Look at his record! lol

How many rounds has Floyd lost in his last 2 fights?

Well, old Shane had him hurt in round 2.

JMM was MUCH smaller that Floyd, a career featherweight who never fought above 126 until he was well into his thirties.

he probably will but he couldnt stop margo and i thought he would. he might just beat on oldsly the last half. fact is 10 years ago mosley would have whipped pac and may. now he has a legit punchers chance and hes 40.

Naz will call the fight in the 9-11th round. Shane usually has a good chin. Combine his age with Pac's speed, I can see him getting hurt. Best bet is Manny starts to really land clean in the middle rounds, then has a point in the later rounds where he unloads on Shane and causes Naz to stop it. I think Roach wants Manny to outdo Mayweather. Pac probably does too deep down. Only a stoppage does that.

I wouldn't even give him a puncher's chance at this point. People said Shane would KO Cotto and Cotto ate everything Shane had. Floyd got caught, he recovered well. Margarito willingly let Shane beat on him. Shane really hasn't been a huge puncher at 147. I don't see why Pac won't take his best punch and then some. He's not going to get hit as much as Cotto or Marg did.

My prediction is Pacquiao by RTD or TKO in the 9th or 10th round. I think Shane's corner or the referee will stop it.
to say he failed would imply he tried
