The only person Floyd has stopped in his last 6 fights is Ricky Hatton a natural light-welter who uses his face as defence and still Floyd needed the help of the turbuckle.

Lets face it Floyd is not a KO artist and lack power at welter. But Shane has been in with some big punchers and bigger men, if Pacquiao were to stop them where they have failed it would be a huge statement.
