nervous or not he's walking out of this fight with alot of money...thats the whole point of him prolonging this matchup...he got a belt & the klits want it.he brings more money to the table(this was even confirmed by the klitschko people)then either brother & its time to cash in.he wins he has another huge payday coming,he loses he retires with a nice big bank account still.i actually hope the acting & retirement talk is bs though.

Actually, Haye was forced to take this fight by Sky Sports, who told him they weren't interested in him fighting Chagaev, because they were pissed off about his farce fight with Harrison. Before that, Haye was saying it's too bad the Klitschko fights would never happen because he was retiring.

As it stands, yes, he is getting a big payday without fighting any top contenders, not Adamek, not Arreola, not Chagaev, not Povetkin, etc.

Now all he has to do is show up.

if haye wins it sets up a unification bout with either vitali or adamek winner(more likely vitali)for all the belts.a haye victory would be much better for the division & the sport in general.klit fans will disagree but if haye wins there will be closure & an undisputed champion crowned by xmas 2011.im willing to say it would be vitali who would be undisputed champion & then he would retire much like lennox did as the undisputed king of boxing.i dont like haye much more then the klits but ill be cheering for him.i dont care who wins between haye\vitali as long as there is one champion.in the new year all belts would be vacant if either haye or vitali retire but at least we had 1 champion again,even though it would be for only a few weeks or months until the sanctioning bodies start stripping them....

Lennox did NO such thing.. he got rid of 2 belts because he refused to fight Byrd & Ruiz who were bonafide titilists after he gave 2/3 of his titles away & he never had the WBO belt either. Wlad can retire aS his & will have more claim to undisputed than Lennox WHO only retired with his Wbc & lineage belt because Vitali suffered cuts in there fight. It's that type of thinking which have people thinking he beat every opponent he ever faced when he REALLY didn't beat Vitali or Mccall & won by defaults because those 2 fighters weren't physically & mentally fit at the end of there fights,, he got spared 2 more KO'S on his resume because of this & instead was awarded 2 KO'S..... REAL FANS know that's a 4 KO swing on LL'S record.... 'nuff said!

And having this "one champion" ..."One Champion" would "soothe your mind and make you happy even if only for a few weeks.............". Tell me Joe, are you a bit simple?

By the way Lewis never fought either Chris Byrd nor John Ruiz, both highly respected Champions comcurrent with his own Championship......... The Klitschkos have fought EVERYBODY not too afraid to step into the ring with them. Until now "seemingly" this latter included ther bowld David Haye, ."...."Our Davie...." as he is affectionately called by his multimillions of admirers all round the globe.......

of course it is all talk to sell tickets....tyson was going to eat lennox's children & kill him(lennox no children at time)after the beating tyson said he was friends with lennox & mother & gave lennox his due saying he couldnt beat him...haye doesnt really hate the klits,hes just trying to sell tickets...most everyone should know this but a few klit fans dont because they take it personally like the klits are their friends & they go to their house for xmas dinner or something...at least you see this...

It may be as you say, although naturally I considered that long ago. Since then i know a lot more about Mr. haye and consider him a psychopathic and dissembler.

He overstepped the bounds of decency in PR crap LONG AGO, and we must accept what he says as being whatever comes into his tiny little head at any given moment, All, offensively negative towards the Klitschkos.

You will notice that they are not partaking of this so-called "PR game to sell tickets" which don't need to be sold anyway, and never did.

I expect Klitschko to punish him for as long as Haye can stand up, before knocking hm out, as he promised to do. The only way this won't happen will be if he hits Haye a little too hard and haye crumbles.....which he might do anyway, just to get away from the well-deserved punishment.
