i say keep loew as a strength and conditioning coach but pavlik needs a new set of eyes, a fresh pair to help him improve and evolve into a more complete fighter.......

He actually gave Kelly some very good advice in the Martinez fight. Pavlik was actually coming back in that fight until, the cut.

I really don't see a problem with Loew. The Hopkins fight was obviously bad, but If Kelly feels Loew is the man to help him get back, then by all means stick with him.

pavlik had two cuts and wasnt all that bothered by them...martinez took a breather in the middle rounds to preserve energy for the later rounds (he even said this in the post fight interview). pavlik got the opportunity to come back but as soon as martinez started letting his hands go in the 10th pavlik was like a heavyback being swung back and fort.

the only reason the fight was even was because pavlik scored a flash knockdown. u were clearly watching another fight or ure extremely biased

Kelly does need to find himself another trainer. Not one that will change his style because that is too late, but someone, anyone to teach this kid how to cut off the ring. If you're a ****er, and you rely on your 1-2, you need to learn to cut off the ring. If not any fighter with movement will simply stay away from his right and pepper him all day.

This is the very reason I like Pavlik. He's no phony when it comes to loyalty, he got heart both in the ring and outside. I hope he mounts a strong comeback for he needs one- badly!
