anthony peterson was the one that knocked pacquiao down twice. ortiz was easily beating pac to the punch. edwin valero was there and everybody else that was there confirmed it.

I try to believe that Floyd was ringside for a reason. Ortiz is a rising star right now with an impressive performance and win. Floyd may take this one if he decides to come back. Honestly Arum ain't touching Ortiz solely because of Golden Boy. A wn over Ortiz at this point is a big deal despite what anyone says.

You have a link or video? Would love to read/see it. Pac ain't fighting nobody that young and dangerous, coming off of win because that just ain't his style.

Because, you're acting like if Floyd went on a string of fights against opponents who had solid PPV numbers. He only fought 2 and that was recent.

And, JMM fight prior to Floyd had a PPV that sold what? 30k? And, Mosley didn't have a PPV that sold more than 100k for 2 years prior to fighting Floyd.

What you should notice is that Floyd fights the biggest payday as possible with the lowest risk as possible. And, Ortiz fits that bill. And, they can make that fight for September. And, it will do good numbers. However, Golden boy might not want to do it.

Again Lamont Peterson gave Floyd hell, Kid Diamon was working Floyd over in sparring.

                WTF is your point?

What for? It's sparring...It really doesn't matter just because Peterson gave Floyd hell and Kid diamond was working him over doesn't mean a damn thing?

In a real boxing match Floyd embarrasses both.

Pac right now, destroys and ruins Ortiz. He just does, he would also destroy Anthony Peterson.

I honestly having a hard time understanding Flint point.

[B]Hollywood, California - Sitting in the hot-box that is his dressing room at the Wild Card, with about 15 reporters jammed into it, WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao was asked if he would like to tangle with Victor Ortiz, the new WBC champ.

"I don't know," he said. "He's a nice guy, also. And I like his attitude, he's humble person. I like a fighter like that."
