now hes going to change the criteria to only modern era fighters ... and dont sugarcoat it we all know margarito wasn't a particularly good win. any elite ww/jr mw wouldve beaten him on that night. props to pac on winning impressively but the fight was a sham and we all know it

thank you sir...thats the answer ive been lookin for...but 12, 16 lbs aint much to a big guy ..but the bolded ones are really just amazing....so with the exeption of the 1890 -1920 or so fighters, it has never been done again since pacqioao...( by fighters close to pac's size)

hey homie , my problem has always been how they down play pac's win over margo like it happens all the time when infact history states that the closest to that ever happening is from fights from the 1890's and 1920's or so...get me...and all you did was attack my character in this thread, nothing more...

like i said in the other thread thats similar to this one ... modern era theres 17 weight classes so weight disparities arent going to be pronounced as often.

theres some exceptions that i could think of like clottey corrales or gatti Gamache btu those guys didnt over come the weight

and i didnt attack your character if i 'attacked' anything it was ur motives and agenda. 17lbs thats alotta weight, but what was suppose to happen in that fight, happened. there were no real surprises. we all know pacs a great fighter, and what hes done is special. but he has many better wins then margarito.

well, clottey destroyed corrales so that autmaclly doesnt fit the criteria from the thread obviously....what was the size diffrence of gatti vs gamache fight, if it was'nt 17 or more then you should'nt have bothered sayin it....i never said pac's win over margo was his best instead i said it is very special since it's not very common....

Its not very common because of circumstances , this fight had more Pac advantages than any other Pac fight , CW , Small Gloves , large ring , then what version of Margo do you have after a beat down and banning for cheating coming back for a fight 2yrs later at 154 against a nobody , then straight into Pac with special conditions that all favor Pac , Manny has the commercial clout to force fighters to do anything for a fight , Pac takes advantage of that by enforcing things that hurt the opponent Floyd doesnt , FMJ had JMM come up to him that doesnt hurt a fighter the way forcing them down does its a totally different ball park as far as health goes .

Buddy look a littler deeper than the beat down , you will always find there are reasons things happen , you only ever see your boy !

Then why is there no more weight divisions after heavyweight in pro boxing? If people will be of such disadvantage like the Klitschko opponents are having why is there no more division after heavyweight? We all know what happens when Vald and Vitali gets caught flush in the chin by a regular heavyweight power puncher...
