Manny has arguably the best footwork in the world, he will dance circles around
Shane. Unless Mosley lands a killer shot really early in the fight, he will be a punching bag by rd 6 or so. His chin and heart are the only things leading me to believe he will still be standing at the end of a brutal 12 rd drumming. I think Shane retires after this fight due to the damage he is going to receive.
I can't really argue with that.

I too think that Shane will retire after this fight.

I hope that he can remain at least reasonably competitive for most of the fight.

Most likely it will be at a 150 catchweight for Cotto's title if Miguel gets past Margarito. Now Arum is talking about Cintron having a shot? These guys are bigger than Pac but they don't want to fight Sergio Martinez? I mean, people think I hate Pac and that is not true because I love the sport of boxing but what I don't like is how Arum and Pac are playing themselves by setting up these fights that Pac has most of the advantages in. If Arum was truly putting Pac up against the best then Manny wouldn't be fighting only Top Rank fighters.
If Manny has a rematch with Cotto I am completely done with him, this is just getting ridiculous.

Roach wanted Shane far away from Pac. Freddie made up that 142/43 catchweight because he knew Shane couldn't make it and once Shane said why couldn't he fight Manny at 147 like Oscar. Freddie said and I quote "You're no Oscar". Case should be closed.

Um..... Pac is fighting a Mosley 1 year after a one sided defeat and a horrible draw. Hatton was undefeated and just came off of a big win over Castillo who gave Mayweather his toughest fight to date. Hatton was clearly a better fighter mentally for his fight with Floyd. Hatton is a big boy, weight wasn't an issue. Oscar De La Hoya was at his comfortable weight before he went down to fight Pac. Oscar was clearly in better shape physically and mentally for the fight with Floyd. Oscar even had Roach as his trainer and sparred with Shane to prepare for Floyd. Even dictated the gloves and ring while Floyd still weighed 12LBs lighter than the bigger/taller Oscar and guess what? Floyd didn't fight Oscar at a catchweight for his 154 title and it wasn't vacant. Judah was the Undisputed champ when he signed to fight Floyd but Judah lost to Baldomir, yet Floyd still fought Zab for the belt Baldomir didn't want to pay for AND he beat Baldomir when he was the Lineal champion. When was the last time Pac fought anyone coming off of a win or looking impressive in his fight prior? What's so impressive about Pac fighting Mosley when Mosley got beat by the guy Pac fans are saying is scared to fight Pac? Roach ducked Shane after Margarito. Roach even said that Shane would beat Floyd and that Floyd was scared of Shane because he knew Shane could beat him. Roach said this. Come back when you know what's really going down in boxing. Stop insulting people when you have no boxing knowledge whatsoever.

Yeah, I like Shane man, he is a good guy. I don't think he is shot really so much as his mind is kind of weak. I mean he is definitely strong willed but if he can't take you out or hit you flush, he gets timid and hesitates too much. We saw what happened when he did that against Floyd. If pulls that same stuff against Pacquiao....man, he is going to be eating 4 and 5 punch combinations rd after rd....like 4 or 5 of those combos per rd. ****m is going to have towel in hand before too long- I hope Shane makes it tough fight...I'd actually like to see him win but I seriously, seriously doubt it will happen.
