Pacquiao did call him on it. This is just one source, but Pac agreed to testing up until the fight. This is a dead issue. anyone who still believes anything other than Floyd does not want to fight Pac is a fanboy/******.

LOL, man they all said it. The only guy that admits he said it was Mangler. He's a good poster but dont post much here no more. Maybe you agreed for testing but according to Pac and his entire team they NEVER agreed to unrestricted testing up til fight time. Do your research dude. Where were you when Team Pac contradicted themselves weekly in the press and on HBO?

mayweather, dela hoya both spent their carears fighting smaller guys.cowards, frauds full stop. pac is the only one with balls enough to fight much bigger guys. mayweather vs martinez or vs andre ward. margs was full division bigger than pac can mayweather do that.
