    - Freddie didn't want such a short turn around after Cotto, and additionally feels the longer they wait and the older Floyd gets (he's nearly 35) the more his legs will diminish.
    - Arum didn't want to risk Manny losing before making the most of all in house fights left.
Makes sense, why didn't they just agree to the testing the first 2 go arounds and the contract would have already been signed, there would have been nothing that Mayweather could have done to change that or get out the fight.

I don't that is true at all. The fight was supposed to be in March and they were in January trying to negotiate. Two months was not enough for this mega event and it got to the point where Manny was running out of time, he needed to get a fight, concentrate on that fight and then run for congress. He figured that "Let the bout marinate, I can win my next fight, Floyd Jr can win his next fight and then we can have a mega event in November." I am sure Arum was thinking the same thing...

Look at it this way! It took 3 fights for Manny to get 3 million PPV buys. It would take only one with Mayweather. That's only one promotion instead of three promotions, etc. So, if Manny makes 3 times the money and Arum makes 3 times the money. Plus, if it's close or controversial, they can fight again. Another 3 times the amount of money to be made for all involved. That is what Arum and Manny had in mind, I am sure of it...

What they didn't expect was one big right hand from Mosley to scare Floyd Jr enough to not want to fight. He realized he got close to going down and knew if that were Manny, Manny would have landed repeatedly and put him down. Floyd Jr knew he got close to losing his zero and went on a self imposed sabbatical from the sport. It's as simple as that...

And regarding Mayweather waiting for Pacquiao to get old, Floyd Jr is not getting any younger either. Watch his fight with Gatti and then watch his fights with Marquez and Mosley. He threw more punches against Gatti in 6 rounds than he did in the entire fight against Marquez and Mosley. Manny hasn't lost a step and his punch output has remained the same or possibly increased recently. Every day that goes by, both fighters get older...

There were no 2nd go arounds! The second time Team Floyd Jr refused to respond, for whatever reason. It has been said Manny agreed to testing in their offer to Floyd for the November fight but because Team Floyd said nothing, we will never know for sure. Floyd Jr's non-answer has to be questioned. If Manny didn't agree, that could and would have been his excuse but he said NOTHING. If Floyd felt the money wasn't enough, he should have said something but again, he said NOTHING! No excuse at all, just a few weeks later "I am on vacation".

So, to say Manny refused the testing TWICE is false and inaccurate reporting (are you listening Lem Satterfield????)

Floyd's style ages much slower than Manny's style since Manny actually likes to make it a fight and take some to give some.

          Really simple to understand.

Of course he is. Floyd is a smart man, and it's more than likely he'll fight Pacquiao at the end of his career.

                Sad, but very true.

Floyd is cherry picking when he feels Pacquiao is ripe for the taking.

Just cause you believe something does not make it true.

                      1. Negotiations for Mayweather-Pacquiao took place from December 09 - That's truth.

                      2. Pacquiao refused OST in the negotiations - That's truth

                      3. 2nd negotiations with Mayweather took place - That's Belief

                      4. Mayweather is scared and does not want to fight - That's Belief

                      5. Manny would have put Floyd down - That's Belief

Basically what I'm saying is that: I don't believe what you believe but the truth is just that.
